Property Rights

A native Virginian and our former President, George Washington said, “Freedom and Property Rights are inseparable. You can't have one without the other.” All throughout history, the protection of property rights has led to increased economic growth, security, and environmental protection. As the Energy Right team has traveled to all corners of the commonwealth, we come across landowners and farmers who have had their property rights restricted by the very local government who allowed them for decades to diversify their land with their home, crops, or livestock. Infringing on the property rights of another individual will ultimately limit freedom in our country.
